Something Wicked This Way Comes...

October is here and that means that Halloween is rapidly approaching!! I love the month of October. Carving pumpkins, hours and hours of horror movie reruns, candy, costumes, haunted houses, aghhh its my favorite. I cant wait to start the festivities!! I haven't made a final decision on my costume, but I will let you know as soon as I do. I am trying to get Seth into the spirit, but he isn't the costume type. I will think of something though.

I Support The Rabid

The Office last night was amazing. I think that is definitely going to be one of those episodes that is just going to become more and more funny every time you watch it!! I was so inspired by the cause that I went to NBC.com and ordered my very own Michael Scott's Dunder Mifflin Scranton Meredeth Palmer Memorial Celebrity Rabies Awareness Pro-Am Fun Run Race For The Cure T-Shirt. I can't wait for it to get here!!
So many classic moments last night......
PB&J come fourth with their relationship
Dwight kills Angela's Cat (Sprinkles)
Pam sees Michaels weenie
Michael Carbo-Loads minutes before the race
Meredeth gets hit by a car
Andy's Nipples Bleed
WHAT AN AMAZING SHOW!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME

Today I am 22. Kind of an unexciting age but I guess I can make the best of it!!!

Dime Of The Day

Michele Merkin

Model/host of TV's Next Best Thing on ABC. I was first in awww over this girl when I was flippin through the pages of Maxim and saw her photo shoot. Talk about HOTT!!!

Candy Fit For A King

If you know me at all then you know I kind of have a little bit of an obsession with Elvis Presley. I have collectibles, I love to visit Graceland, I named my dog after him, so you can imagine my excitement when I saw this...
I was going through the checkout at Wal-Mart and it caught my eye!! PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA REESES!! YUM!! It is the same chocolate and peanut butter creation that we all know and love but at the bottom there is a layer of banana cream, which is made with real banana flakes so the taste is great. These were inspired by Elvis' love for peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Reese’s have really taken the “Limited Edition” title to a new level as these packages are labeled “Collector Edition”. “Hawaiian” Elvis is on the “King” size packs, regular size has two Elvis images - young Elvis and another “mature” Elvis, and the miniature packs have young Elvis in black with a guitar. Collectible? Why, yes - and tasty too.

Im Sorry Master Chief

2 Days ago our XBox 360 Elite disc drive went out. By the time that we send it off and get a new one in the mail it will be somewhere around 3 weeks from now. What makes this even worse is that the most anticipated game of the year comes out tonight. HALO 3 is available at stores at midnight tonight. We have had this game pre-ordered for months, and so we are going to have to sit here and look at it in the case while the rest of the known world is on XBox Live battling to the death. Ohh and to make matters even worse I just got Nip/Tuck Season 4 on HD DVD and now I can't even watch them because our HD DVD player works directly with the 360. UGHHHH!

Blonde Mafia

Just wanted to give a shout out to my fave buds from the 757, Bea and Debby. I have lived in Virginia a little over a year now and I have to say that these girls are hands down my favorite peeps I have met since I have been here. Whether its going to the gym, out to eat, bitching about work, life and love, these girls have always been there for me. So to my Sex and the City girls, just know that I love ya and I feel so blessed to have you as my friends!!

I was really pulling for you

Just trying to rationalize to myself why I watched that garbage

If you GIMME any more I will have to kill myself

Britney Spears....WTF? Eyes glassy, could barely keep time to the music and by the end wasn't even mouthing the words to her own song - while getting groped from behind by overmuscled male models. She was dancing as if she was half paralyzed. I read one article that stated "She walked through her dance moves with little enthusiasm. It appeared she had forgotten the entire art of lip-synching. And, perhaps most unforgivable given her once-taut frame, she looked embarrassingly out of shape." DAMN!!!! Even the celebrity-studded audience seemed bewildered. 50 Cent looked like he just threw up in his mouth a little, Diddy was expressionless, Rhianna was caught laughing out loud at her table, and you would think that with the millions that she hasn't yet spent on cig's and manny's she could get a decent wig or weave or something.
All I can really say about this is thank god they are only airing this catastrophe one time. This was the worst thing to air on television this year. It seemed so unorganized and almost awkward. They kept cutting to the random suites of chaos, the award winners couldn't get to the stage because the layout of the room was, for lack of a better word, cluster fuck. I just didn't get it.
They just need to take it back to Radio City Music Hall like the good ole days and stop trying to be so whatever it is they are trying to be.
Ugh I can't talk about it anymore. I really wish I had that 2 hours of my life back.

Holidays = New iPod...Who would have thought??

Apple CEO Steve Jobs introduced the new iPod Touch Media Player in San Fransisco on September 5. Just in time for the Holiday Season. Ironic, I know. It has the same touch sensitive LCD screen that the iPhone has. I know that everyone is sick and tired of Apple always one uping themselves, making our gadgets and gizmos outdated before we can even wear the new off of them, but oh well, I am a nerd for this kind of thing so I love it.
Also Apple announced that they are teaming up with Starbucks to allow iPod users to buy music from Apples wireless iTunes Music Store while they are at selected Starbucks locations.
Hey Josh, atleast we don't have to worry about running into Kige while we are in line.

Dunder-Heads

So my life is a little more complete this morning as I made a stop at Target to grab the third season of the best show on television "The Office". So excited to have a marathon tonight with Seth and the pup!!

Halloween came early this year

I just want to start by saying that I absolutely loved this movie. I was a little upset after I had read IGN's review that gave the film 0 stars, but being the Horror Fan that I am I must always check it out for myself. In my opinion Rob Zombie did an amazing job. Seth and I love Rob Zombies previous films, House of 1000 Corpses and The Devils Rejects and the repeat cast in Halloween just made the movie that much more entertaining for us. Bill Mosely, Sid Haig, Sheri Moon, and so many more.
One thing that I loved about the movie is once it started it never slowed down. Not like you typical horror film where you have all the build up to the climax, the whole movie kept you on the edge of your seat. It is definitely worth going to see!
